New Every Club Forum

Today a happy day for Suzuki every owners because we finally have ur own club forum!!!!This plan has been carried out since last year and the turn out is very good,Keep up the good work,everists.We set up this forum because we were disappointed with "some " van club which treat us like outcast in their group.Hope that this will not happen in my every forum and everyone can stay together happily in there.Feel free to take a look at the forum....

The big decision (continued)

This is the big decision I m talking about,I have bought a new vehicle,a BRAND NEW Suzuki Every.The new car smell is very strong when i collected it that day from the dealer.The engine sound is abit loud but this is the way how the car communicate with me,hahaha.So all the wrong guess to thos who think I have sign on army,got married or whatever.

My life's big decision

On this day,this marked Singapore is 42 year old and I have made a big decision in my life,I have signed a "lifetime commitment" agreement.When i was about to sign the papers,i was happy and abit worry.Some peoples may think I m too rush but with my family supporting behind me,I just signed it without thinking the bad remarks.I know my feeling is right and it tell me to go ahead to sign the papers and that's why I followed my feeling.

The Genting trip

This photo is took during the recent Genting trip on 27/07/2009,Everyone enjoyed the moment at there and we played and tried alot of fun things.The place is very high up on a mountain(can see the clouds flying around) and the weather there is cool and feel like there is air-con switch on.We stayed there for 2 days and travelled by bus to there and back,When on our way to the hotel(everyone was sleeping),the bus just halted in the middle of the climbling.The bus driver then tried to move off but the bus keep rolling down.I was woke up by the bus sound and movement but we still got to the hotel safely.On the trip back is also fun....downhill road on a different bus(more powerful brand one).Can feel the bus retarder system working when the bus is slowing down,i was watching 2 new movie on the bus throughout the journey with breaks inbetween.(others were sleeping again....)I should have sleep in the bus.....because now i have post-bus syndrome which i always keep hearing the bus sound until now....I was unable to work properly in office,because i still in holiday mood since that day...

TEST DRIVEN:HONDA CIVIC TYPE R SEDAN

Last saturday was lucky able to test drive the new civic type r demo car.the car is silver coloured which is abit let down because it made it look like other normal civic.The engine power is very strong and responsive unlike my Wrx(engine lag abit),6 speed gear on board,hohohhooh....can hear the nice & wonderful VTEC sound when i drive it to the max possible speed.Of course i will choose the factory white colour to suit the car's style.

(Still thinking of it & caculate the budget for this car...)

New month with new posting!!!!!

Its in a new month in 2007!!!Everything has gone smoothly in here and i have just posted to preventive medicine branch last month,haha....all the peoples in the branch are nice & friendly.My life in here has made some of my friends from other camps envy because their job is very siong,what I do in here is just helping my PHI to inspect other camp's hygiene and other things.And just last friday,a senior PHI told us that one of our people may have to posted to thailand for 6 months(may extend to 9 months or even 1 year).Everyone was not willing to go & some have medical background,so the highest chances are they will pick one from 5 peoples including mi.I will think and consider about it whether want to go.....(If they choose mi)

I AM BACK!!!!!!!!

Since I went to BMTC,my blog is very quiet all this months.But now i have completed my BMT and this means I have more time for my friendster and blog liao,hahaha.My BMT was only 7 weeks and all the guys there were PES C ppls including me.We have even our new core values in there.
1. Daydream
2. Chao kieng
3. Eat & sleep
4. Siam from work
5. Act blur
6. Ask more food
7. Shout pain

But after all we still have some proper trainning too,three cheers to SCROPION company,i will remember the days we have..... especially Platoon 1 section 3.

So enough of the guessing,sign on army, got married or whatever....is all wrong guess.The big decision is me signed on a sale agreement for a new vehicle,YES!!!a brand new vehicle.I was very excited when i was to collect my new vehicle,suzuki every & this is the day!!!!!
The car has the brand new smell when i collected it and the things the dealer has promised me has fixed on it,just left the rear seat which have to wait.Now I am enjoying the accompany of my "wife",she is happy to be with me all the times by listening her engine sound.

The fast & the furious:tokyo drift
Yilang & the rest together with me went to see this movie yesterday at GV(Yilang treat because is his birthday yesterday).Zhihong was surprised to saw me turned up at the meeting place which is mcdonald,This is because I seldom watch movie with them.Then zhihong while eating his Mc nuggets said"Ah...only movie that is about car then you are interest to see lah".When we reached the GV lobby,the information screens seem to be faulty because we were supposed to enter hall 4 but the info screen infront of the door is blank,only hall 5 show the title "The fast & the furious".Weiming then wanted to went into hall 4 & zhihong said hall 4 is showing "The fast & the furious:Singapore drift".oh boy.....but in the end we ended up going in hall 4 & luckily is showing the correct movie.After watching it,i don't like the ending....the main cast should have use a more appeal car like S15 slivia or fairlady.
We later went to a coffeeshop for supper after the movie & I laughed weiming when he eat his fried wanton in a gu niang way because he had just pulled his wisdom tooth a few days ago,hahaha!!!

New phone for me this year!!!
I just bought a new Samsung D600 for my own use & this phone is a real classy item,just slide the phone up & down already made mi obessed on it.It also comes with alot of accessories that are very useful if want to transfer files from pc to this phone(USB cable also can charge phone when in office).Look at it outer shape,chrome label,chrome side buttons and colour.....beautiful.

Ferrari's regret - Lamborghini

In 1915,Ferrucio Lamborghini,the founder of Lamborghini used to owned a ferrari car.The ferrari cars in those days is just only middle class cars in Italy and haven't reach that sportcars stage yet.Ferrucio found that ferrari cars has poor clutch and has difficultly when he drove to his farm.He then went to ferrari workshop and told Enzo ferrari(founder of ferrari) about it,Enzo replied "YOU! are just only a farmer! Don't complain about the cars I built, Get out!!" Happy 40th birthday to Boeing's 747 series airplanes!!!!This aeroplane has served in the sky for many years and it still look so modern & going strong in the industry.The newest variation of the 747 family is capable of being flown by a two-person cockpit crew using the latest in electronics technology and system automation. The international version of this aircraft features extra winglets on the wingtips to improve airflow.Lets hope this legend continues another 40 years.

How do you kill something that can't possibly be alive?
(slogan for this movie)
So this is it, I have finally bought the movie "Christine" DVD. Some may know what this movie is all about because of me and but some didn’t know because this show is too old, it made it debut in 25th December 1983 which you all know why I am attracted to this movie beside the "main cast" of this show and the title name.
For the benefit for frens who don’t know what this movie is all about, I will give some brief introduction:
This movie is about a potential young car buyer, Arnie found a junked-out (aka Lok cok) 1958 Plymouth Fury named Christine in a junkyard and he was instant seduced by this car which led him bought it without thinking. Arnie then spent most of his time restore Christine back to new showroom condition and drove wherever he goes. If Arnie met anyone who bullied him on the road or other places, Christine, which is Arnie’s car will revenge for her owner using the evil way, killing the bully. This car is also obsessively jealous and will not hesitate to kill anyone who try to separate her and Arnie away including Arnie’s best friend, Dennis and Arnie’s girlfriend.
This movie is based on a Stephen King novel, Christine and I happen to see one copy of the book in Ngee Ann poly’s library, It is just around the shelf near bubble tea shop area. After watching the movie, I think that the movie is good but it may not to everyone’s taste. So if you come across this movie or novel, why not spend a little time watching or reading it, who knows you may attract to it like I did.
P.S. If Herbie(that white volkwagen beetle) were to Vs Christine in rampage,I doubt Herbie will win because Christine is bigger than Herbie by one-third of the size.

Yes!!!! I finally got myself a new wallet for this chinese new year,So no one is going to say that my money will "slip" out of the hole in my old wallet again.Another need to celebrate is that my mum's new car is coming out around next week!!! This car number plate will bear my handphone's last 4 digits and alphabets that is very special to me (e.g. S??6XXXJ).Now very exciting looking foward to the PDI(Pre-delivery Inspection) day.

A good friend of mine recently ask me "Where is your girlfriend?,never bring her along.." I smiled back & said "No girlfriend lah".But in my mind,i was thinking...a guy who has no guts like me,how could it possible to have one.Until now,i am still thinking this matter. This few days have been reading all the law reports on construction and it is very BORING.Just imagine reading extra thick story books and all is sorted out in years etc. 2000,2001,2002,2003,2004 & 2005.Now what i wish is to quickly read it all finish and sort out which case to follow up and settle all up at one time.

My father's saab 9-3 has changed the new number plates with pearl background for the road imspection because the staffs told me the LTA don't accept the small one that is fitted on it last time.The new plates cost $140 and very expensive for this stupid things.How i wish LTA would just close one eye.....

Today is my last day of attachment at PTC,Mdm Tan treat us some soft drinks & Mr kwong gave us a small notebook as a souviour.But before i leave the office,i had done some documents arrangement for the ISO auditing in PTC.It was a busy day but it worth to remember doing the work that normally not involved.I also would like to thanks Mr kwong,Mdm Tan and rest of PTC staffs for taking care of us during this attachment days.

I took a half day leave today and before leaving the office i saw some workers drilling and screwing on a metal frame which is going to use for a lift well,this metal frame is very big and at least is 5 to 6 stories high.It is still a concept design but it might be use by all contractor in future.

Mr Kwong ask me to do the green roof experiment again,but this time is using a new Geo-textile from zinco which is from Germany.This matetrial has very small hole and gaps compared to the one i eariler used and it is much thicker.The result came out in much different time and as Mr Kwong is on leave,i mean while have to wait for him to be back to work.

Tearing down the TPE expressway at 135km/h using a Hyundai Getz 1.6 borrowed from my uncle yesterday for my nicece chalet.One thing is that the Getz is the 1st version and not the latest facelifted version,But still not a bad car(Don't like the headlights design on 1st version).Can see that the korean is has started to make better products that can be a threat to the japanese.The picture shown is the latest facelifted or 2nd version of Getz.

Today Mr Goh Aik Soon bring us to "tour" in PTC to look around and explained some of the short form names used in the factory.Mr Goh also revealed that he is from Ngee Ann poly and he is very nice to show us some of the photos that he took before and infos.He also mentioned that he is quite old but i dun know what he mean....

Mr Ho,a supervisior in production line bring me around in the factory to see the workers doing their work in there,the types of works they do are mostly bending the reinforcement bars and attach into the forms.Then at 3pm,we went to the factory to check the reinforment bars before concrete is pour and later found out that a steel bar is missing.Mr Ho is very angry and scold at the workers to redo the work,he said he had no chioce but to scold them because they may heck care and commit the same mistake again.

Mdm tan today bring us to the contech Pte Ltd to see the precast wall with windows frame for duxton building.There are already a lot of peoples at there when we got there & they were discussed about the window frame which was placed wrongly on dismension.This error is found out by a japanese engineer who was checking at it, so one of the staff told me that japanese always want the work to be in perfect.

Feel sad for the victim who died in this accident after i have readed it from the newspaper.The driver is just dunnoe how to handle this type of car and costed a life away & this type of drivers is anywhere on the road.As you can see the car is totally wecked and this prove how strong the impact is,I wonder this driver is testing the car overall performace or the safety features in the car.This driver will not get away scott-free because it has really claim the life of the sales executive who is in the car and maybe will get some harsh punishments.

Today there is a fire equipment testing in the factory and this picture show the workers testing the fire hydrants water range and beside the kerb there is a prossional enginerer and faclity manager looking at it later evalulate to see if it fit the SCDF requirements.

Today Mr Tan visited me at PTC to see how i was doing over here.But he came at the wrong time because there is alot of deliverly orders for me to check and my supervisor is not in the office.After that he stated to talk about the report again and list out a guidelines for the report.

This is the picture of the new concept toilet that is in PTC.This toilet bowel using recycle water system to flush and the recycled water is refill everytime we wash our hands using the tap above it.But this design still has some flaws which can be improve.

Friday again!!!! today is doing some QS works on the precast compoments and giving briefing and instructions is from a QS in PTC,Miss Ng. But i was only able to done some of the work because the "green roof project" still need some tidy up and a powerpoint presentation for Mr Kwong to present it.

Today Mr kwong,who is my supervisor,ask me to assist him doing an experiment on "Green roof project".He told me that this project will be put in place on all HDB flats if it is prove to be as useful as it is stated in the documents.This experiment took about 3-4 days to completed and results obtained were reasonable good by calulate the water flow rate.The experiment involved from using many sizes of holes on the boxes,using a special layer "Geo-textile" , and putting real usage conditions like filling with earth in the boxes.

Today is first day at PTC which is in woodland industrial park area,I was late about 15mins because i took the wrong bus to go there which is a very stuppid mistake.At around afternoon,Mdm Tan show us around the building and explained what the factory is doing now and other future works.What i can see is the PTC building is very very big....

I got pestered by a red honda civic this morning at TPE expressway at speed 110km/h when driving my father's car!!! This guy or gal which cannot see clearly keep switching the high beam lights behind me and its very glaring. I wonder what this person is trying to prove and is his or her brain lack of oxygen which encourage he/she to do this action...

This is my trusty pick-up picture,it is no different from other pick-ups on the road but it mean very special to me after ownership of my white little van.This vehicle change my thinking alot when the moment i drive it and I even drove it to 130KM/H before!! What i can say is it is even more comfortable than a car at a low price
